Clear terms for every BuyerBridge engagement.

1. Business identity and acceptance

BuyerBridge AI is operated by Drafts and Crafts Exports, a proprietorship owned by Joshi Raliyath. By accessing BuyerBridge, creating an account, accepting an engagement scope or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the applicable service and refund policies.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and, when acting for a company, authorized to bind that company. Information supplied during registration, onboarding and payment must be accurate, current and complete.

3. Independent services

FIND, CONNECT and CONVERSE are independent services. Purchasing one is not a prerequisite for purchasing another. The deliverables included in each purchase are those shown on the pricing page and confirmed in the applicable engagement scope.

• FIND: qualified buyer companies evaluated against relevant product, market, shipment and order-capacity criteria.
• CONNECT: qualified buyer companies with available relevant decision-maker and contact information.
• CONVERSE: qualified buyer conversations arising from approved, personalized outreach.

4. Customer responsibilities

You must provide timely and accurate information about your product, HS-6 code, approved target markets, preferred order range and other engagement requirements. You are responsible for your product, certifications, export readiness, legal compliance, commercial claims and the accuracy of materials supplied to BuyerBridge.

Delays in providing information, reviewing scope, approving credentials or approving outreach may pause or extend the delivery period.

5. Delivery periods

Delivery begins after successful payment and receipt of the complete onboarding information and approvals needed for the selected service. The expected delivery periods are:

• FIND: within 5 days.
• CONNECT: within 5 days.
• CONVERSE: within 60 days.

The CONVERSE period includes approximately 30 days for domain and email warm-up together with shipment-data refinement and outreach preparation. These periods are service targets and may be extended by customer delay, data availability, third-party platform limitations, force majeure or an approved scope change.

6. Pricing, taxes and payment

Services are prepaid. Prices displayed on the website exclude GST and other applicable taxes, which will be added where required. The amount, currency, taxes and selected service will be shown before payment is completed. A purchase is confirmed only after successful payment.

7. Nature and limitations of results

Shipment records, company information, contact data and buyer responses can change and may contain limitations arising from source availability. BuyerBridge applies its stated research and validation process but does not warrant that every record is complete, continuously current or free from source error.

A qualified buyer company, verified contact or qualified buyer conversation is not a guarantee of a quotation, meeting, purchase order, sale, revenue or continuing relationship. Customers remain responsible for commercial evaluation, negotiation, compliance and closing.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use BuyerBridge or delivered information for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or discriminatory activity.
• Share account credentials or attempt unauthorized access to another customer’s information.
• Resell, publish or distribute delivered data except as expressly agreed.
• Interfere with security, availability or proper operation of the website or application.
• Use contact information in violation of applicable privacy, communications or marketing laws.

9. Approvals and outreach

Outreach content and relevant exporter credentials may be presented for approval. You are responsible for reviewing their accuracy and authorizing use. BuyerBridge may refuse or suspend outreach that appears misleading, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with the approved scope.

10. Intellectual property

BuyerBridge retains ownership of its software, processes, templates, interfaces, analysis methods and branding. You retain ownership of materials you provide. Subject to payment and these terms, you may use the delivered engagement results internally for your legitimate export-sales activities.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public business information received from the other and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is authorized or required by law.

12. Cancellation, refunds and service credits

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. A cancellation made before work begins is eligible for a full refund. Delivered outcomes are non-refundable. If BuyerBridge cannot deliver the remaining purchased outcome, the undelivered portion is eligible for a proportionate refund.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where payment is reversed, information is materially false, these terms are breached, security is threatened or continued service would create legal or operational risk. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BuyerBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunity or decisions made from third-party data. BuyerBridge’s total liability relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.

15. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, natural events, government action, widespread network interruption or disruption of essential data or communication providers. Delivery will resume as reasonably possible.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through written communication. Subject to applicable law, courts in Kollam, Kerala will have jurisdiction.

17. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
