1. Who is responsible for your information

BuyerBridge AI is operated by Drafts and Crafts Exports, a proprietorship owned by Joshi Raliyath. In this policy, “BuyerBridge,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Drafts and Crafts Exports operating the BuyerBridge AI service.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use BuyerBridge, we may collect:

• Exporter and engagement information, including products, HS-6 codes, target markets, preferred order ranges, certifications, catalogues, website or professional-profile information and other details you choose to provide.
• Purchase and transaction information, including the selected package, invoice details, payment status and payment identifiers. Complete card or banking credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by BuyerBridge.
• Service information, including onboarding responses, scope approvals, support requests, buyer research, deliveries and communications connected with an engagement.
• Technical and security information, such as device, browser, IP address, access times and diagnostic or security records generated when you use the website or application.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and secure accounts and authenticate users.
• Process purchases, invoices and payment confirmations.
• Prepare, manage and deliver FIND, CONNECT and CONVERSE services.
• Communicate about onboarding, scope, delivery, support and policy matters.

4. Payment processing

Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another payment provider shown at checkout. The provider receives the payment information required to complete and secure the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy. BuyerBridge receives transaction status and reference details needed to record the purchase, provide support and issue invoices.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We may share only the information reasonably required with providers supporting hosting, security, payments, email, shipment-data analysis, contact discovery, contact verification, outreach delivery and customer support. These providers may process information only for the services they perform for BuyerBridge or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. We do not sell customer account information.

BuyerBridge may use licensed data, public business information and supporting web evidence to prepare buyer intelligence and contact deliveries. Customers must use delivered information lawfully and only for legitimate business-to-business purposes.
