Fair treatment for cancelled and undelivered work.
This policy explains when a BuyerBridge purchase can be cancelled, what happens after delivery has begun, and how eligible refunds are calculated and processed.
Effective date: 24 August 2026
1. Before work begins
You may cancel a purchased service for a full refund if BuyerBridge has not begun work on the engagement. Work begins when BuyerBridge starts onboarding review, data procurement or analysis, contact research, domain or mailbox setup, warm-up, outreach preparation or another activity required for the purchased service.
2. After work begins
Once work has begun, a change-of-mind cancellation does not qualify for a full refund. Work and outcomes already completed or delivered are non-refundable because they involve service effort, data processing, research, infrastructure or customer-specific results.
3. When BuyerBridge cannot deliver
If BuyerBridge determines that it cannot deliver all or part of the purchased outcome, the customer is eligible for a proportionate refund of the undelivered portion. Any outcomes already delivered remain chargeable and non-refundable.
The refund amount will be based on the purchased package and the number or proportion of outcomes not delivered, together with any applicable taxes and adjustments required by law.
4. Delivered outcomes
For this policy, delivery includes:
- A qualified buyer company delivered under FIND.
- A qualified buyer company with at least one actionable relevant contact delivered under CONNECT.
- A positive buyer response indicating willingness to continue a relevant commercial discussion delivered under CONVERSE.
A delivered outcome does not become refundable merely because it does not lead to a sale, meeting, purchase order or later response.
5. Customer delay or scope change
Delivery may be paused when required information, approval or access is delayed by the customer. A delay does not by itself create refund eligibility. If the customer requests a change to product, HS-6 code, target market, capacity range or other approved scope after work begins, BuyerBridge may provide revised timing or pricing before proceeding.
6. Duplicate, failed or incorrect payments
Duplicate debits or payments received without a corresponding confirmed purchase will be reviewed using the payment reference. Where an amount was successfully received in error, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.
7. How to request cancellation or refund
Email joshi@exportbuyerfinding.com with the subject “Cancellation Request” or “Refund Request.” Include:
- Your registered name and company name.
- The selected service and purchase date.
- The Razorpay payment ID, invoice number or other payment reference.
- The reason for the request and the resolution requested.
8. Review and processing time
We will review the request and may ask for information needed to verify the payment and delivery status. Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days. The customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
9. Refund method
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. We may use another lawful method only where the original method cannot receive the refund and after appropriate verification.
